Does This Describe You?
There are three groups that I work with as a consultant, coach, and professional speaker. If one of these describes you, we should get to know each other.
1. You are a Small Business
To be more specific, I typically work with small businesses in mainstream industries such as contracting, professional services, and hospitality. Having founded and successfully operated several small business for more than 20 years, I understand your challenges.
In addition to my experience, I have a special skill for simplifying complex and abstract ideas to make them practical and useful. This is especially relevant to social media and other forms of online marketing. My areas of specialty are represented by the tabs in the lower navigation bar of this site:
- Small Business Systems and Practices
- Social Media Marketing
- SEO – Search Engine Optimization
- Content Marketing
- Online Marketing
- Social Marketing
- Small Business Trends
2. You are an Association or Member Organization that Supports Small Businesses
The majority of my work is with small business associations, working as a speaker, trainer, or facilitator on the topics of social media, all forms of online marketing, and small business trends.
One could argue that understanding the influences social media is having on the business environment are more important than using social media at all. This is why businesses have to do more than just add a social media layer to their exsiting practices.
My programs all include this essential foundation – the structure necessary for being effective with social media now – and into the future.
3. You are an Enterprise Whose Customers are Small Businesses
Leadership summits and similar events are ways in which I have worked with larger organizations and publicly traded corporations whose primary customers are small businesses. My ten years of corporate sales and marketing experience helps me to understand the larger picture from your perspective.
